Notably, certain probiotics, like Boulardy, can be taken alongside antibiotics, ensuring continued support for your digestive health during treatment.

Proper Use of Probiotic Dietary Supplements

Recommended Dosage:

  • For children over 3 years and adults: 1 capsule daily. The capsule can be opened, and its contents can be added to food or beverages.

Specific Guidelines:

  • With Antibiotics: Take 1 capsule daily during antibiotic use and for 7 days after.
  • Acute Diarrhea: Take 2 capsules daily.
  • Traveler’s Diarrhea: Take 1 capsule daily (starting 5 days before travel and during the trip).
  • H. pylori Eradication: Take 1 capsule daily.
  • C. difficile Treatment: Take 2 capsules twice daily.

Notes and Storage Conditions:

  • Keep out of reach of small children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced diet. A balanced and varied diet, along with a healthy lifestyle, is essential for good health.
