One effervescent tablet contains 1000 mg of vitamin C (1250% RDA) and 15 mg of zinc, which support the normal functioning of the immune system and protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and aids in normal collagen formation. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, hair, nails, skin, and vision. Sugar-free.
