USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: The recommended dose is one sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water.

WARNINGS: Crimson echinacea – It is not recommended to take continuously for more than 2 weeks. Not recommended for those with progressive systemic diseases (e.g., tuberculosis, leukemia), autoimmune diseases, HIV, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Black elderberry – Only flowers and fruits are permitted. Astragalus – Individuals taking medications should consult a doctor before use. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
