Use:
Children from 3 to 12 years: 1 sachet per day, pour the contents directly into the mouth, without using liquid. Adults and children older than 12 years: shake 1-2 sachets a day, shake directly in the mouth, without using liquid.

Warnings:
It is not recommended to take it at the same time as evergreen mountain ash. Keep out of the reach of children. Recommended daily amounts or the dose should not be exceeded. A nutritional supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a varied diet are essential for overall well-being
